At Shoreline, we take pride in our work, and to achieve that level of high-quality craftsmanship, we only work with the best. By hiring a team that not only knows our values but also understands and demonstrates them every day, we’re confident that our team builds first-class docks that enrich the lives of Okanagan Lake lovers.

In 1983, driven by an unwavering passion for the lake, he founded Shoreline Pile Driving. His vision went beyond merely building docks for Okanagan residents; he aimed to enrich their lives as well. Today, this commitment is evident every time the dedicated Shoreline crew undertakes repairs or ventures into new projects.

Starting as a marina gas attendant in 2008 for Hotel Eldorado and Manteo, she gained valuable insights into marine construction intricacies. She carries a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in finance from Okanagan College with a 2014 study abroad experience in Vienna giving her a global perspective and understanding on business.
Growing up with a family-owned waterfront property on Okanagan Lake, Brittney deeply appreciates the commitment required for sustainable marine construction, aligning well with Shoreline Pile Driving, known for its solid reputation and growth in Kelowna, BC.

After relocating to Kelowna, Rene joined Aqualu Industries, where his expertise in estimating and his passion for design blossomed. His work contributed to the creation of aluminum docks and accessories for Shoreline. This knowledge and skill seamlessly transitioned him to Shoreline in March 2023.
Beyond work, Rene is an outdoor enthusiast, embracing camping, off-roading, and paddleboarding. His journey to the Okanagan and his dedication to his craft makes him a valuable asset to the Shoreline team.

At Shoreline, Grant plays a critical role in translating complex waterfront and marine projects into clear, well-scoped estimates that crews can confidently build. His strength lies in understanding how things are actually fabricated and installed—not just how they look on paper—which adds real value to Shoreline’s design-assist and construction-driven approach. Outside of work, Grant enjoys time with his family, hands-on renovation projects, music, and staying active, bringing the same steady, reliable mindset to both his professional and personal life.

With a background in Architectural Technologies (Building Design Technology) from SAIT Polytechnic, Will brings strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and design visualization tools that support accurate estimating and constructible designs. He is known at Shoreline for his practical problem-solving, calm approach with clients, and ability to balance regulatory constraints, site realities, and budget expectations. His previous experience in high-end residential design sharpened his attention to detail and client service—skills that directly support Shoreline’s reputation for quality waterfront construction.
